Damron pours in 21 as USV routs Elgin Posted on February 17, 2026 0 LaRUE — Hunter Damron led the way with 21 points as the Upper Scioto Valley boys basketball team beat Elgin 71-50 Friday night in Northwest Central Conference play at Elgin. Jesse Prater posted 12 points for the Rams (12-8, 7-1 NWCC). Andrue Kindle added 10 points. Beau Sanders bagged seven points. Macain Underwood and Caiden Lowery each had six points. Macoy Underwood netted five points. Carter Oglesbee and Griffith Thompson both had two points. Oglesbee and Macain Underwood both had seven rebounds. Damron and Kindle each had four assists. USV led 17-7 after one, 29-17 at half and 48-30 through three. USV hosts Hardin Northern at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The Rams can clinch a share of the NWCC with a win.
