Smith Sr. fought a valiant war with cancer and went to be with His Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 20, 2017. In lieu of flowers, Frank has requested memorial donations be sent to one of the above. His brother, Major Mark Smith, The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters of Baltimore, MD and Pastor Daniel Hughes, Shiloh-Price Hill UMC will conduct a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home in Findlay. Full military rites will be conducted by the Hancock County Veteran’s Memorial Squad. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
