Police reports: February 25, 2019 Friday Senyca K. Mendenhall, 418 N. Barron St., was issued summonses for drug abuse and drug paraphernalia. He was then arrested by his probation officer and taken to the multi-county jail. Melissa S. Richardson, 9436 TR 197, was arrested on a warrant out of the KPD.
