‘Poor attitude’ results in prison over community service for defendant Had Tristan Alan Mendenhall arrived in Hardin County Common Pleas Court with a proper attitude, the Kenton man probably was facing community service for possession of heroin. According to a press release from Prosecutor Brad Bailey, Jennifer Kathleene Henkle faces charges of theft in office, money laundering, tampering with records and attempted theft in office for a period between June 16, 2017 and Sept. 21, 2017 while she was in office.
