North Union spikes Lady Wildcats It was a rough start to the season for the Kenton volleyball team on Thursday night as North Union swept the Wildcats 25-15, 25-16, 25-10 in a non-league matchup. After falling behind 6-0 in game one, the Wildcats rallied to get within 7-4 before North Union regained control, taking leads of 18-10 and 21-13 before putting the game on its side of the scoreboard. Wildcats pressure too much for Bulldogs to overcome Despite hitting the post three times in the first half, the Kenton Wildcat boys soccer team carried a 2-0 lead into halftime at home against the Ada Bulldogs on Wednesday night. The Wildcats kept up the pressure into the second half and it eventually paid off, adding the third and fourth insurance goals to take the 4-0 victory, winning the 309 Cup and moving to 3-0 on the young season.
