Burial will follow in Wharton-Richland-Union Cemetery. Friends may call 3-8 p.m. Friday at Crates Funeral Home, Arlington and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church. He died on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at St. Vincent Medical Center Burn Unit, Toledo. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be given in memory of Bill to the Toledo St. Vincent Medical Center Burn Unit.
